In 2018 Frank Hoffmann joined the Regional Office in New Delhi as Project Manager South Asia. Before joining, he studied Economics in Germany and India and worked for the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Pune for 7 years.
Kanker Rana is a commerce postgraduate with cost & management accountant degree and membership of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has a total of more than 30 years professional experience in financial and project management, human resources and general administration. Majority of his experience is with the organisations working in developmental sector.
Barbara Mukherjee-Vuagniaux holds a business management degree from the University Geneva, Switzerland. She joined the Foundation in 2011 as Regional Internal Auditor. Before coming to India in 2008, she was in charge for finance and administration at the International Service for Human Rights in Geneva. Previously, she worked in the finance team of the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development. Barbara has been working with development organizations since 2002.
Nupur Hasija is a Senior Program Manager with a work experience of more than two decades. She holds a degree of political science. She closely works with NGOs who works in the field of education, property rights, good governance, liberal democracy and livelihood issues. She has mentored various youth organizations and networks across India and South Asia.
Shuchita Thapar is the Program Manager for Human Rights - and also responsible for urban governance projects. A lawyer by training, Shuchita has previously worked on issues of cybersecurity, national security and technology policy, as well as on civil commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court.
Rajat Kumar holds degrees in Psychology and Sustainable Development with a focus on Information Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D). He has over seven years of experience working on issues such as digital human rights, policy issues for the IT industry and ICT4D research. He manages programs on digital transformation and digital human rights at the Foundation. He also manages projects focusing on sustainable and intelligent mobility.
Shruti Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University. She has worked for various libertarian think tanks voluntarily for a period of 3 years. She takes interest in Austrian Economics and Individual Liberty. She is currently working on a European Union project titled ‘Enabling accountable and transparent governance in Mumbai and Delhi’. She also works on other human rights project in South Asia.
Vineeti Singh is a marketing communications professional with a seven year work experience and holds a graduate degree in business administration with specialization in Marketing. Her areas of interest are in designing and managing outreach campaigns, digital brand management and all things social media. She is currently revamping the Foundation’s presence on digital and traditional communication platforms for the South Asia region.
Pritam Kumar is an account & finance professional with 15 years of work experience. He is a graduate in commerce with specialization in accounts and also possesses a three years professional training from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for accounting, budgeting, controlling and monitoring of regional project, climate change project and EU funded India-Pakistan dialogue project.
Pankaj Kumar is an account & finance professional with more than 17 years of work experience in development sector. He is a graduate in Science and has a three year professional training from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for accounting, budgeting, controlling and monitoring of India, Regional Climate Change and Hunger project.
Sumit Bains is a Finance Administrator, currently taking care of European Union Project: Civil Society and Police Reforms in South Asia. He holds experience of 15+ years in this field. His forte lies in streamlining processes and procedures for improving operational efficiency of finance reporting & budgeting systems.
Suchitrita Bhattacharya is the Executive Assistant to the Regional Director. She has an academic degree in comparative literature with 13 years of work experience. Her areas of interest are in fostering integration, teamwork, conflict resolution and project management.
Jyoti Saxena is an administrative and accounting professional having 17+ years of multi sectoral experience ranging from corporates to grassroots civil society organisations and development funding agencies. Her specialisation entails administrative management, personnel management, development project management and accounting. In her current role at FNF South Asia, she is managing the administrative responsibilities of Delhi office along side assisting with auditing procedures.
Menaka Thapa joined the Foundation as an Administrative Executive. She holds a post graduate degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource. Prior to joining our Foundation, she worked in an HR Operations role in the corporate sector.
Angelica Priyamvada Zocchi
Angelica Zocchi joined the Foundation as Program Assistant. A graduate of UC Berkeley with a B.A. in International Area Studies (focus on peace and security), she loves travel, books, and long, pointless walks.
