Dr. Ronald Meinardus
Before joining the Regional Office in New Delhi in 2014, Dr. Ronald Meinardus served the Foundation in that position at the Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in Cairo, Egypt for seven years. Earlier, he represented the Foundation in Greece, South Korea and the Philippines. A journalist by profession, Dr. Meinardus is also a political commentator and blogger and enjoys writing about developments in the region and beyond.
Ruben Dieckhoff graduated from Heidelberg University where he studied political science with a focus on international relations and economics. Prior to joining FNF in 2012 he worked as management consultant in Berlin. He has a keen interest in everything related to digitization, human rights and economic developments.
Kanker Rana is a commerce postgraduate with cost & management accountant degree and membership of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has a total of more than 30 years professional experience in financial and project management, human resources and general administration. Majority of his experience is with the organisations working in developmental sector.
Barbara Mukherjee is working as the Regional Internal Auditor since 2011. She studied international relations and holds a management degree from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining FNF, she had been the regional coordinator of a Swiss consultancy firm specialized in water and sanitation promotion and worked in Bangladesh.
Dona John is a post-graduate in law with specialization in human rights and humanitarian law. She has over nine years of experience in research & monitoring of human rights issues in South Asia. At FNF, she manages the rule of law and human rights programs. She is currently executing a European Union regional project on police reforms in South Asia apart from some programs on urban governance and right to information.
Subodh Kumar Agarwal
Subodh Kumar Agarwal is working as Program Manager since 1998. He holds a business administration degree from Technische Universität, Berlin, Germany. He is responsible for the economic projects of the Foundation working for economic liberalization in India and regional economic integration of SAARC nations.
Nupur Hasija is a Program Manager with a work experience of more than two decades. She holds a degree of political science. She closely works with NGOs who works in the field of education, property rights, good governance, liberal democracy and livelihood issues. She has mentored various youth organizations and networks across India and South Asia.
Vineeti Singh is a marketing communications professional with a five year work experience and holds a MBA degree with specialization in Marketing. Her areas of interest are in designing and managing outreach campaigns, digital marketing plans and media activities. She is currently revamping the Foundation’s presence on the digital and traditional communication platforms for the South Asia region.
Pankaj Kumar is an account & finance professional with more than 17 years of work experience in development sector. He is a graduate in Science and has a three year professional training from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for accounting, budgeting, controlling and monitoring of India, Regional Climate Change and Hunger project.
Pritam Kumar is an account & finance professional with 15 years of work experience. He is a graduate in commerce with specialization in accounts and also possesses a three years professional training from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently responsible for accounting, budgeting, controlling and monitoring of regional project, climate change project and EU funded India-Pakistan dialogue project.
Sumit Bains is a Finance Administrator, currently taking care of European Union Project: Civil Society and Police Reforms in South Asia. He holds experience of 15+ years in this field. His forte lies in streamlining processes and procedures for improving operational efficiency of finance reporting & budgeting systems.
Suchitrita Bhattacharya is the Executive Assistant to the Regional Director. She has an academic degree in comparative literature with 13 years of work experience. Her areas of interest are in fostering integration, teamwork, conflict resolution and project management.
Neetu Jain is an administration expert with more than five year of work experience. She manages day-to-day operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning and maintaining communication flow with planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Shruti Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University. She has worked for various libertarian think tanks voluntarily for a period of 3 years. She takes interest in Austrian Economics and Individual Liberty. She is currently working on a European Union project titled ‘Enabling accountable and transparent governance in Mumbai and Delhi’. She also works on other human rights project in South Asia.
